WARNING: The car radio is installed with coding. After removal and subsequent installation it remains blocked.
To remove the lock, there is a special code on the card attached to the car.
You will need flat-head and Phillips-head screwdrivers.
1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.
2. Remove the floor tunnel lining (see Removing and installing floor tunnel lining).

3. Remove the two screws securing the lower trim panel of the radio and the climate control panel.

4. Carefully pry up the left trim plug with a screwdriver…

5….and take it off.
6. Remove the right plug in the same way.

7. Unscrew two screws on the left and right sides of the upper trim mounting…

8….and move it away from the dashboard.

9. Press the latches to disconnect the three wiring harness connectors from the switches…

10….two pads from the climate control panel and remove the trim.

11. Remove the four screws securing the car radio to the instrument panel…

NOTE: This is how the screws for mounting the car radio are located.

12….and remove the car radio from the dashboard socket.

13. From the back of the car radio, disconnect the two wiring harness connectors and the antenna cable and remove the car radio.

14. Install the car radio and all removed parts in the reverse order of removal.
