
The oil pressure warning light sensor is screwed into the cylinder block wall on the left front side of the engine (above the oil filter).
You will need a wrench or a high socket head "21".
1. Place the vehicle on a lift or inspection pit and disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.

2. Press the latch..

3….and disconnect the wiring harness connector from the sensor.

4. Unscrew the sensor from the cylinder block…

5….and take it off.
NOTE: Replace the copper sealing washer of the low oil pressure warning light sensor with a new one each time the sensor is removed.
6. Install the oil pressure warning light sensor in the reverse order of removal.
