Brake Pedal Position Sensor Replacement

The brake pedal position sensor is mounted on the pedal assembly bracket and is located above the brake pedal.



1. Disconnect the wire from the terminal «minus» battery.



2. Use a screwdriver to press the latch..



3.... and remove the block of wires.



4. Rotate the sensor clockwise and remove it.

5. When installing the sensor, depress the brake pedal, insert the sensor into the mounting hole and turn it counterclockwise until it stops with a characteristic click.
