5. Remove the rear door trim (see "Removal and installation the rear door trim").
6. Squeeze the wiring harness connector retainer…
7. …and disconnect the connector from the motor-reducer terminals.
8. Remove the three bolts securing the gear motor to the tailgate…
9. …and remove the rear door wiper motor.
10. Remove the spacer washers from the gearmotor housing…
11. …and rubber bushings.
12. Install the gear motor and all previously removed parts in reverse order.
