Heater recirculation flap motor (Fusion)

You will need a TORX T25 key.

1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.

2. Remove the instrument panel (see "Removal and installation the instrument panel").



3. Press the latch..



4. …and disconnect the wiring harness connector from the heater recirculation flap motor terminal.



5. Remove the three mounting screws…



6. …and remove the damper motor.

7. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
