Removal
Disconnect the ground cable from the battery.
Disconnect the fuel heater electrical connector.
Disconnect the fuel supply and return lines.
Unscrew the two bolts securing the fuel heater (see Fig. 2E.54).
Remove the fuel heater.
Installation
Position the fuel heater on the bracket and tighten the two heater mounting bolts.
Connect the fuel supply and return lines.
Connect the fuel heater electrical connector.
Connect the ground wire to the battery.
Remove air from the fuel system.
Start the engine and check the fuel line connections for leaks.
