Removal
Disconnect the ground cable from the battery.
Disconnect the air supply line between the air cleaner and the turbocharger.
Remove the fuel filter bracket mounting bolts and move the fuel filter assembly to the side.
Disconnect the oil vapor discharge line from the cylinder head cover.
Remove the air radiator.
Disconnect the vacuum line from the turbocharger.
Disconnect the oil feed and drain pipes from the turbocharger.
Disconnect the fasteners of the front exhaust pipe to the turbocharger.
Unscrew the nuts securing the turbocharger to the exhaust manifold and remove the turbocharger from the engine compartment.
Installation
Replace all gaskets.
Install and bolt the turbocharger to the exhaust manifold with new nuts.
Connect the exhaust pipe.
Fill the turbocharger oil chamber with oil and connect the oil inlet and outlet pipes to the turbocharger.
Connect the vacuum line to the turbocharger.
Install the radiator.
