Removal
Disconnect the ground cable from the battery.
Disconnect the vacuum line from the EGR valve.
Remove the bolts securing the exhaust gas recirculation valve to the intake manifold.
Remove the bolts securing the exhaust gas recirculation valve to the exhaust manifold.
Remove the EGR valve together with the gasket.
Installation
Replace the EGR valve gasket.
Connect the EGR valve to the exhaust and intake manifolds.
Connect the vacuum line to the EGR valve.
Connect the ground wire to the battery.
