Exhaust gas recirculation valve

Withdrawal

Disconnect the ground wire from the battery.

Disconnect the vacuum line from the EGR valve.

Remove the bolts securing the EGR valve to the intake manifold.

Remove the bolts securing the EGR valve to the exhaust manifold.

Remove the EGR valve along with the gasket.

Installation

Replace the EGR valve gasket.

Attach the EGR valve to the exhaust and intake manifolds.

Connect the vacuum line to the EGR valve.

Connect the ground wire to the battery.
