Removal
Disconnect the ground cable from the battery.
Unscrew the clamp and remove the air duct between the intake manifold and the air radiator.
Unscrew the clamps and remove the air duct between the air radiator and the turbocharger.
Unscrew the upper air radiator mounting bolt.
Remove the upper air radiator gasket.
Remove the air radiator from the engine compartment.
Installation
Position the air cooler in the engine compartment in the appropriate place and make sure that the air duct and turbocharger alignment marks are aligned with each other.
Tighten the upper air radiator mounting bolt.
Install the air duct between the air radiator and the turbocharger and tighten its clamps.
Install the air duct between the intake manifold and the air radiator and tighten its clamp.
Install the upper air radiator gasket.
Connect the ground wire to the battery.
