Electromagnetic vacuum valve


Opening this valve, controlled by an electronic control unit, allows the vacuum servomotor to connect to the vacuum pump. The diaphragm vacuum servomotor opens the exhaust gas recirculation valve, allowing some of the exhaust gases to enter the intake manifold. The purpose of exhaust gas recirculation is to lower the combustion temperature of the fuel, thereby reducing the amount of highly toxic nitrogen oxides (N0 ₂) formed during combustion and released in the exhaust gases.

Cold Engine Injection Advance Corrector


The cold engine injection advance corrector is controlled by the electronic control device via the cold engine injection advance relay. After the power supply of this electromagnetic corrector is turned on, it moves the angular cross ring of the fuel pump and the fuel injection advance angle increases. After the engine warms up to normal operating temperature, the power supply of this corrector is turned off.

Cold Engine Injection Advance Relay


The cold engine injection advance relay, based on signals received from the electronic control device, depending on the engine temperature, turns on or off the power supply to the cold engine injection advance corrector.

Injection advance corrector at low engine loads


The low-load injection advance corrector, electromagnetic type, is controlled directly by the electronic control device and provides optimal injection advance depending on the engine load. After its power supply is switched on, the valve opens, which causes a decrease in pressure behind the plunger of the injection angle corrector in the fuel pump and an increase in the fuel injection advance angle.



Checking, repairing and adjusting


None of the engine control devices are adjustable. The only way to check their correct operation is to check that they are functioning correctly. If the device is faulty, it must be replaced. Due to the simplicity of their mounting and connection, their replacement does not cause any significant difficulties.
