Solenoid vacuum valve


Opening this valve, controlled by an electronic control device, allows the connection of the vacuum servomotor to the vacuum pump. The diaphragm vacuum servomotor opens the EGR valve, which allows some of the exhaust gases to enter the intake manifold. The purpose of exhaust gas recirculation is to lower the combustion temperature of the fuel, thereby reducing the amount of highly toxic nitrogen oxides formed during combustion and emitted in the exhaust gases (N0 2).

Cold engine injection advance corrector


The cold engine injection advance corrector is controlled by the electronic control unit via the cold engine injection advance relay. After turning on the power supply of this electromagnetic corrector, it moves the angular cross ring of the fuel pump and the fuel injection advance angle increases. After the engine warms up to normal operating temperature, the power to this corrector is turned off.

Cold injection advance relay


The cold engine injection advance relay, based on the signals received from the electronic control device, depending on the engine temperature, turns on or off the power supply to the cold engine injection advance corrector.

Injection advance corrector for low engine loads


The injection advance corrector for low engine loads, electromagnetic type, is controlled directly by the electronic control device and provides optimal injection advance depending on the engine load. After turning on its power supply, a valve opens, which causes a decrease in pressure behind the plunger of the device for correcting the injection angle in the fuel pump and an increase in the fuel injection advance angle.

Check, repair and adjustment


None of the engine controls are adjustable. It is only possible to check the correct functioning of them. If the device is defective, it must be replaced. Due to the ease of their attachment and connection, their replacement does not cause significant difficulties.
