1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.
2. Remove the airbag contact ring (see "Removal and installation the steering column").
3. Unscrew the mounting screws on both sides…
4. …and remove the steering column trim frame.
5. Remove the two mounting screws…
6. …press the instrument cluster lock…
7. …and remove the instrument cluster from the instrument panel.
8. Press the latch..
9. …fold back the shoe clamp…
10. …disconnect the wiring harness connector and remove the instrument cluster.
11. Install all previously removed parts in reverse order.
