Replacing the windshield wiper gearmotor

You will need: key «on 10», flat blade screwdriver.

1. Disconnect the wire from the terminal «minus» battery.



2. Remove the gearmotor assembly with the wiper trapezoid (see «Removal and installation of a windscreen wiper trapezoid assembly with a gearmotor»).



3. Remove the gearmotor mounting bracket.



4. Squeeze out the retainer 1 of the crank fastening to the trapezium joint with a screwdriver and remove the crank from the joint. Turn out four bolts 2 and remove the motor reducer.

5. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
