Removal and installation of a forward door

You will need: TORX T40 wrenches and «for 8», flat blade screwdriver.



1. Turn out the screw of fastening of the limiter of opening of a forward door to a rack of a body.



2. Holding the door (it's best if an assistant does it), unscrew the axle bolts of the lower..



3.... and the top hinge and lower the door onto a stand installed at the level of the body sill.



4. Remove a cover from a block of a plait of wires of a door.



5. Squeeze the case holder tabs…



6.... and disconnect the holder from the wiring harness block.



7. Press the four clamps of the wiring harness block with a screwdriver..



8.... and remove the block from the hole in the front pillar.



9. Disconnect the white door from the door wiring harness block..



10.... and black pads of the harness and finally remove the front door.

11. Install the front door in the reverse order of removal.
