Withdrawal

1. Remove the camshaft. For more information, refer to the chapter Camshaft available in this section.

2. Set the appropriate piston to top dead center.

3. Using the special tools, remove the valve springs.



4. Using the special tool, remove the valve stem oil seals.

Installation

1.

NOTE: When installing valve stem oil seals, cover the keyway grooves on the valve stems with adhesive tape.

NOTE: Lubricate valve stem oil seals with oil.

Using the special tool, install the valve stem oil seals.



2. Using the special tools, install the valve springs.



3. Install the camshaft. For more information, refer to the chapter Camshaft available in this section.
