Windshield wiper motor — removal and installation

Withdrawal

1.

NOTE: Make sure the windshield wiper motor is in the off position.

Remove the hood panel. See Section 501-02 for more information.

2. Remove the hood panel support bracket.



3. Disconnect the windshield wiper motor electrical connector.



4. Remove the windshield wiper motor and linkage.

• Remove the wiper motor guard.

5. Mark the position of the windshield wiper linkage relative to the wiper motor bracket for ease of installation.



6. Turn out a nut of fastening of the lever mechanism of a cleaner of a windshield.



7. Remove the windshield wiper motor.

Installation

1. Replace the elements in reverse order.
