Tail panel

Removal

1. General notes:

• Move flooring and electrical wiring away from the work area.

2. Tail panel

• Separate the spot welds and bend the weld flanges upward.

Installation

1. Rear panel (both sides)

• Bend the weld flange inward.

2. Tail panel

• 1. Press on the left side of the tail panel below the weld flange.
• 2. Tilt the top right side of the rear panel forward and press it from underneath under the bent-up weld flange.

3. Tail panel

• 1. Bend back the weld flanges.
• 2. Perform puddling welding.

4. Rear panel (both sides)

• 1. Bend the panel flange back.
• 2. Perform puddling welding.
