Withdrawal

1. General note

• Remove the following: bumper, luggage compartment floor, spare wheel cover, rear exhaust muffler and skid plates.

2. Remove the back panel section

• 1. Mill out the spot welds (to a depth equal to twice the thickness of the panel).
• 2. Place of cut.
• 3. Mill out the spot welds using an abrasive wheel.

Installation

1. Sectional rear panel replacement

• 1. Ream existing holes to 5mm (to a depth equal to the thickness of the panel) and puddling.
• 2. Perform a puddling weld.
• 3. Perform MIG welding.
