Removal

1. General notes:

• Depending on the nature of the damage, it may be possible to replace the rear floor panel in sections (see Operation No.44 654 3).
• Before starting repairs, remove the tail panel and crossmember, rear quarter panel, light mounting panel, light mounting panel reinforcement, inner rear quarter panel and inner wheel arch section.

2. Rear floor panel

• Place of cutting.

Installation

1. Floor panel

• 1. Perform welding using MIG technology.
• 2. Perform puddling welding.
• 3. MIG weld the mounting tabs.
• 4. Weld the support beams.

2. Spare wheel niche

• 1. Before inserting the spare wheel niche, weld the spare wheel mounting bracket.
• 2. Welded seam using puddling welding technology
