Withdrawal

1. General notes:

• Depending on the nature of the damage, it is possible to perform a sectional replacement of the rear floor panel (see Operation No. 44 654 3).
• Before repairing, remove the tailgate and crossmember, rear side panel, light mounting panel, light mounting panel reinforcement, inner rear side panel and inner wheel arch section.

2. Rear floor panel

Installation

1. Floor panel

• 1. Perform MIG welding.
• 2. Perform a puddling weld.
• 3. MIG weld the mounting tabs.
• 4. Weld the support beams.

2. Spare wheel well

• 1. Before inserting the spare wheel well, weld the spare wheel mounting bracket.
• 2. Welding seam using puddling technology
