Removal
1. General notes:
- Before starting repair, remove the tail panel and reinforcement, inner rear side panel and wheel arch, water drain panel and water drain panel reinforcement.
- Please note the cut out replacement part.
2. Floor panel
- 1. Cut out.
- 2. Cut out. Be careful not to damage the reinforcement below.
3. Inner rear side panel/wheel arch joint
- Separate the spot welds on the remaining flange.
Installation
1. Floor panel
- 1. Perform MIG welding
- 2. Perform puddling welding.
- 3. Weld the spare wheel bracket.
2. General instructions:
- In most cases, a damping liner can be glued over the weld.
