Withdrawal

1. General notes:

• Before repairing, remove the tailgate panel and reinforcement, inner rear side panel and wheel arch, water drain panel and water drain panel reinforcement.
• Pay attention to the clipping of the replacement part.

2. Floor panel

• 1. Cut out.
• 2. Cut out. Do not damage the reinforcement below.

3. Inner rear side panel/wheel arch joint

• Separate the spot welds on the remaining flange.

Installation

1. Floor panel

• 1. Do MIG welding
• 2. Perform a puddling weld.
• 3. Weld the spare wheel bracket.

2. General instructions:

• In most cases, a damping lining can be glued over the weld.
