Removal

1. General note

• Before starting repairs, remove the rear panel with crossmember, rear side panel, light mounting panel, light mounting panel reinforcement, inner rear side panel and inner wheel arch section.

2. Floor panel

• 1. Place of cutting.
• 2. Remove the remaining flange (mill from underneath).

Installation

1. General note

• Perform a MIG weld from underneath the overlap area between the spare tire well and the rear floor panel.

2. Floor panel

• 1. Perform welding using MIG technology.
• 2. Perform puddling welding.
• 3. Weld the spare wheel niche support beam.
• 4. MIG weld the mounting tab.
