Removal
Raise the rear of the car and secure it on stands. Place a jack under the control arm directly under the spring and raise it enough to support the weight of the suspension. Remove the lower mounting bolts of both rear shock absorbers.
Lower the jack slowly until the springs are completely released. Be careful not to stretch or tear the brake lines. Remove the springs from underneath the vehicle.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following points:
- when installing the springs in place, correctly align their ends with the recesses in the support cups;
- after installing the springs, lift the suspension arms with jacks and connect the lower part of the shock absorbers;
- tighten the mounting bolts to the specified torque.
