Removal
1. General note
- Before starting repairs, remove the rear panel with reinforcement, the lamp mounting panel with reinforcement, the rear side panel, the luggage compartment crossbar, the wheel arch extension and the inner rear side panel.
2. Storage shelf panel
- Rout to a depth equal to twice the panel thickness.
3. Storage shelf panel
- Mill out the spot weld areas.
4. Wheel arch shell connection panel
- Rout to a depth equal to twice the panel thickness.
Installation

- 1. Perform puddling welding.
- 2. Perform puddling welding (to a depth equal to twice the panel thickness).
2. Storage shelf panel
- Perform puddling welding.
3. Panels connecting the inner rear side panel and the wheel arch section.
- Perform a puddling weld (to a depth equal to twice the panel thickness).
