Withdrawal

1. General note

• Remove the rear side panel before beginning repairs.

2. Light mounting panel

• 1. Mill out the spot welds on the back using an abrasive wheel.
• 2. Cut.

3. Light mounting panel

• 1. Mill the spot welds using a ball cutter.
• 2. Mill the spot welds using a ball cutter (to a depth equal to twice the thickness of the panel).
• 3. Heat up the area filled with foam and remove the light mounting panel. Then remove the NVH element carrier plate.

Installation

1. Light mounting panel

• 1. Install the NVH element carrier plate.
• 2. Apply body sealant.
• 3. Apply body sealant from the inside and always after completion of all welding work.

2. Light mounting panel

• 1. Perform a puddling weld.
• 2. Ream the existing hole (up to 5 mm diameter) to a depth equal to the thickness of the panel Then puddling.
