Drain the coolant from the cooling system into a container.
Remove the upper radiator hose.
Remove the lower hose.
Disconnect the ventilation hose.
Disconnect the connector to the horn.
Remove the bolts on the right and left radiator brackets (arrows).
Unscrew the mounting bolts
Remove the radiator with the fan cover.
Remove the fan shroud from the radiator as described.
Remove the fan cover from the clamps.
Remove the fan cover.
Before installation, check the rubber nozzles on the fan for damage and age cracks. Lightly rub the rubber fittings with Vaseline.
Insert the radiator assembly. Important: The mounting tabs must be inserted correctly.
Tighten the radiator brackets to 25 Nm.
Complete the installation in reverse order.
