Removal and installation of the suspension arm

1. Remove the protective cap of the rear wheel and loosen the wheel nuts.

2. Raise and secure the rear of the vehicle, remove the appropriate rear wheel.

3. Remove the rear muffler mount.

4. Disconnect the flexible brake hose from the brake pipe and plug it with a suitable plug. Disconnect the brake lines from the mounting brackets on the lever.

5. Remove brake drum.

6. Disconnect the parking brake cable from the brackets on the lever. Remove the parking brake cable from the brake mechanism.

7. Unscrew the drive shaft from the hub.

8. Remove the hub.

9. Disconnect the anti-roll bar from the strut.

10. Place a jack under the suspension arm and raise the arm so that the entire load is on the suspension spring.



11. Unscrew bottom bracket (indicated by an arrow) shock absorber.

12. Unscrew the bolts of the rear axle beam to the body from the corresponding side after bending the safety gasket and unscrewing the bolt of fastening the metal-rubber bushing, as well as two bolts of fastening the support of this bushing to the body.

13. Carefully lower the lever.

14. Remove the suspension spring together with the rubber support cup.

15. Remove the lever from the rear axle beam.

16. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
