Replacing the rear shock absorber

1. Remove the trunk trim piece and trunk floor cover.

2. Raise the rear of the car.

3. Using a suitable hoist, support the lever through the wooden support.

4. On vehicles with ride height control, disconnect the pipe from the shock absorber.



5. unscrew the bolt (indicated by an arrow) top shock absorber.



6. unscrew the bolt (indicated by an arrow) lower shock absorber mounting and remove the shock absorber downwards.

7. To install the shock absorber, follow the steps in reverse order with respect to the removal process.
