Disassembly and assembly of the heater (Scorpio 1)

1. Remove the heater.

2. Unscrew the two screws securing the heater radiator. Remove the radiator.

3. Use a screwdriver to release the clamps holding the housing halves together. Carefully pry the halves apart.

4. Remove the valves and control levers from the housing halves, remembering how they were installed.

5. Rinse the radiator with a stream of clean water. A leaking radiator must be replaced.

6. Assembly is carried out in the reverse order of disassembly.
