Heater water valve (Scorpio 1)

The heater water valve is vacuum controlled. The valve is located on the right side of the engine compartment, near the bulkhead.

1. Drain the coolant from the cooling system.

2. Loosen the clamps and remove the coolant hoses from the valve, after marking them.

3. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the top of the valve.

4. Disconnect the valve from the bracket and remove it.

5. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
