1. Open the back door.
2. Unscrew the two nuts securing the upper trim and the two screws securing the lower trim. Close the rear door.
3. Press down the lower trim tabs.
4. Pull out the side trims that are attached with clips to the edges of the glass.
5. To remove the top cover, carefully lift one end and gradually release the cover from the clamps.
6. Pull the bottom cover out of the clamps.
7. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, with the upper and lower pads being installed exactly in the center of the car.
