The left suspension support of the power unit is a non-separable assembly consisting of a clip 1 and a rubber cushion 2. It is attached to the body with four nuts that simultaneously fasten the air filter bracket (Bracket removed in photo), and bolt 3 to bracket 4 on the gearbox.
You will need: keys «on 10», «at 18», end head «at 15», flat blade screwdriver.
1. Remove the air filter (cm. «Removing and installing the air filter and intake silencer»).
2. Use a screwdriver to pry out the wire harness holder..
3.... and disconnect the harness from the clip of the left suspension support of the power unit.
4. Turn out two bolts..
5.... unscrew the four nuts securing the air filter bracket..
6.... and remove the bracket.
7. Remove the spring holder of the gearbox breather from the edge of the holder of the left suspension support of the power unit..
8.... and move the breather hose to the side.
9. Place a secure support under the gearbox housing or hang the power unit with a lifting mechanism.
10. Loosen the bolt securing the left power unit suspension support to the bracket..
11.... remove the bolt..
12.... and remove the support.
13. Install the left powertrain mount and all removed parts in the reverse order of removal.
NOTE: Pay attention to the labeling of the support. Get a new support with the same marking.
NOTE: When installing the mount on the vehicle, orient it so that the serrated edge of the lug of the mount pad (shown by arrow) was directed forward in the direction of travel of the vehicle.
