The left support of the power unit suspension is a non-separable unit consisting of a collar 1 and a rubber cushion 2. It is attached to the body with four nuts, which simultaneously secure the air filter bracket (in the photo the bracket is removed), and with a bolt 3 to the bracket 4 on the gearbox.
You will need: 10 and 18 mm wrenches, a 15 mm socket head, and a flat-blade screwdriver.
1. Remove the air filter (see "Removing and installing the air filter and intake silencer").
2. Use a screwdriver to pry up the wire harness holder…
3. …and disconnect the harness from the clip of the left support of the power unit suspension.
4. Remove two bolts…
5. …unscrew the four nuts securing the air filter bracket…
6. …and remove the bracket.
7. Remove the spring holder of the gearbox breather from the edge of the left support collar of the power unit suspension…
8. …and move the breather hose to the side.
9. Place a reliable support under the gearbox housing or lift the power unit using a lifting mechanism.
10. Loosen the bolt securing the left powertrain suspension support to the bracket…
11. …remove the bolt…
12. …and remove the support.
13. Install the left powertrain mount and all removed parts in the reverse order of removal.
NOTE: Pay attention to the marking on the support. Purchase a new support with the same marking.
NOTE: When installing the support on the vehicle, orient it so that the serrated edge of the support pad boss (shown by the arrow) faces forward in the direction of vehicle travel.
