Vehicle operation during the warranty period

The operation of the car during the warranty period is characterized by two main points:

1) car break-in period (mileage of the first 1000 km);

2) the possibility of eliminating emerging faults at service stations at the expense of the manufacturer.

During the warranty period it is recommended:

- Strictly observe the rules of running the car (cm. «Vehicle break-in»);

- carefully study the warranty obligations of the car manufacturer and the organization that sold you the car, and strictly comply with the terms of the guarantee on your part;

– in the initial period of operation, study the characteristic features of the operation of your car in various modes (instrument readings in combination, noise during operation of units and vehicle movement, features of starting the engine, shifting gears, etc.), in order to quickly identify emerging changes and correctly state claims when visiting a service station;

– to save your time, if the malfunctions that occur do not affect the safety of the vehicle, eliminate them simultaneously with the maintenance.

Carry out maintenance and repair of the car during the warranty period only at the technical service enterprises certified by the manufacturer (ONE HUNDRED), the addresses of which are given in the service book. Service station employees are required to make marks on the maintenance and warranty repairs in the service book coupons indicating the work performed, otherwise the car warranty will be canceled.

In addition, the vehicle owner loses warranty service in the following cases.


1. Violation of the instructions and requirements set forth in the manufacturer's operating manual.

2. Failure to comply with the service intervals specified in the service book between scheduled maintenance.

3. Damage to the car as a result of a traffic accident.

4. Self-removal and repair of components and assemblies of the car during the warranty period.

5. Replacement of standard components and assemblies with those not provided for by the design of the vehicle.

6. Installation of additional equipment not recommended by the manufacturer.

7. Using the car in races or competitions.
