1. Open the trunk.

2. Remove the floor mat…

3. …and take out the spare tire (see "Changing a Wheel").

4. Remove the jack mounting bolt…

5. …and remove the jack assembly with the lug nut wrench from the trunk.

6. Remove the lug nut wrench from the jack handle.

NOTE: Install the jack paw into the special sockets located on the body sills near each wheel.

NOTE: The jack is provided with a sticker containing instructions for its use.

7. Place the jack under the body sill so that the edge of the sill is located in the groove of the jack head.
WARNING: Before lifting the wheel, engage first gear, apply the parking brake and place chocks under the wheels on the opposite side.
WARNING: Do not work under a jacked vehicle, but if unavoidable, place strong, stable supports under the axle.

To remove the jack after use, align the stamped marks on its parts.
