If you need to raise the front end, install the jack under the pan, placing a wooden lining between it and the jack head. Or install a beam at points B, located in front (see Fig. 5.1, 5.2), and evenly raise the car.
Fig. 5.1. Points for lifting the car with a jack and installing it on supports.
A - Points for lifting the car with a jack (for installing a car jack during repairs on the road) - support points (for stands during maintenance/repairs)
IN - Points for lifting the car with a jack (for installing a mobile jack or car lift during maintenance/repair) - additional support points

To raise the rear, install the beam at the "B" points located at the rear (see Fig. 5.3) and raise the car evenly.

To raise the vehicle from the side, position the jack head at the appropriate point (see Fig. 5.1). When installing a mobile jack (or similar device) at the "A" points intended for the jack included in your vehicle's tool kit, make a wooden spacer with a groove cut into it. It should be placed on the flange on the body to prevent the jack from slipping or the flange from bending. Never work under or near a raised vehicle unless it is supported securely in at least two places.
