Obviously, you will not be able to determine the technical condition of the car as well as it is done at the technical diagnostics station. However, the checks below will allow you to identify and possibly correct problems before taking your vehicle in for inspection.

If the tested component raises doubts about its performance, the verifier can decide on its suitability at its discretion. At the same time, his decision will depend on how friendly he is towards you. Of no small importance for this is the appearance of the car: if the car is cleanly washed and seen to be well maintained, the inspector is more likely to consider it in good condition than when the car is in a clearly run-down condition.

The requirements for the technical condition of the vehicle, given in this manual, are based on the instructions in force at the time of writing the manual. These requirements become more stringent over time, although some relaxations are made for older vehicles.
