1. Remove the additional brake light (see "Replacing an additional brake light").
2. Remove the upper part of the tailgate trim (see "Removing and installing the rear door trim").
3. Remove the five bolts securing the spoiler to the door panel.
4. Remove the two spring holders of the spoiler, located on its edges on the left and right, and move the spoiler away from the door.
5. Remove the rear door glass washer hose from the connecting sleeve…
6. …remove the additional brake light wiring harness from the spoiler cavity…
7. …and remove the spoiler.
8. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
