Inspection and verification
1. Check the validity of the customer's complaint.
2. Perform a visual inspection for obvious signs of mechanical damage.
Visual inspection table
Mechanical factors:
- Visibly damaged or worn components
- Loose or missing bolts and nuts.
3. If an obvious cause for the fault you have identified or the fault described by the customer is found, correct the fault (if possible) before proceeding with further actions.
4. If the fault is not visually obvious, check the fault symptom and refer to the Fault Symptom Table.
