WARNING: Avoid contact with skin or eyes with brake fluid. If brake fluid comes into contact with skin or eyes, rinse the affected area with water immediately. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury.
CAUTION: If brake fluid comes into contact with paintwork, immediately wash the affected areas with water.
NOTE: Absolute cleanliness must be maintained when adding brake fluid.
NOTE: Do not reuse brake fluid.
NOTE: If the proper brake bleeding equipment is available, it can be used to bleed the clutch hydraulic system.
NOTE: The hydraulic clutch system is a self-ventilating system. The components are arranged in such a way that any air that gets into the system is automatically removed.
1. Remove the brake fluid from the appropriate reservoir by suction until the level drops to the MIN mark.

2. Remove the protective cap from the clutch slave cylinder air bleed nipple.

3. Remove air from the clutch system using a special tool.
- 1. Pour approximately 100 ml of new brake fluid into the special tool reservoir.
- 2. Connect the special tool to the air bleed nipple of the clutch slave cylinder.
- 3. Release the clutch slave cylinder air bleed nipple.
- 4. Pump approximately 80 ml of brake fluid into the clutch system using a special tool.

4. Tighten the bleed nipple to remove air from the clutch slave cylinder.

5. Disconnect the special tool.
6. Install the protective cap on the air bleed nipple of the clutch slave cylinder.

NOTE: Absolute cleanliness must be maintained when adding brake fluid.
Check the brake fluid level.
- The brake fluid level should be between the MIN and MAX marks. If the fluid level falls below the MIN mark, the brake warning light comes on.
- If necessary, fill the reservoir with brake fluid. Super DOT4 brake fluid is used for this purpose.
