Inspection and verification
1. Depress the brake pedal to check the operation of the brake lights and clarify the customer's complaint.
2. Check the following electrical system fault causes:

Electrical factors:
- Electrical circuit (And)
- Fuse
- Lamp (s)
- Loose, corroded or defective plug
3. If the complaint was not resolved as a result of this check, look for the sign (And) troubleshooting in the following Symptom Table and follow the instructions.
