Withdrawal

1. General notes:

• Remove the doors, door seal, bottom trim panel trim, lower door hinge, fender, and inner fender before beginning repairs.
• Move the floor covering and wiring harness away from the work area.
• Notice the replacement part cutout in rack areas «A», racks «IN» and rear side panel.

2. Bottom trim panel

• Cutting locations.
• Be careful not to damage the panels below (under cut elements).

Installation

1. Bottom trim panel

• Prepare connection areas.

NOTE: Apply two-component metal adhesive immediately before installing a new replacement part.

Bottom trim panel

• 1. Partially remove the damping material on the inside and overlap the overlap area.
• 2. Apply two component metal adhesive.

3. Bottom trim panel

• 1. Make an intermittent MIG weld.
• 2. Make a continuous MIG weld.
• 3. Perform a puddling weld.
