Removal
1. General notes:
- Before beginning repairs, remove the doors, door seal, lower trim panel, lower door hinge, fender and inner fender.
- Move flooring and electrical wiring away from the work area.
- Note the replacement part cutout in the A-pillar, B-pillar and rear quarter panel areas.
2. Bottom trim panel
- Cutting places.
- Do not damage the panels located below (under the elements being cut).
Installation
1. Bottom trim panel
- Prepare the connection areas.

NOTE: Apply two-component metal adhesive immediately prior to installing the new replacement part.
Bottom trim panel
- 1. Partially remove the damping material on the inside and overlap the overlapping area.
- 2. Apply two-component metal adhesive.
3. Bottom trim panel
- 1. Perform a stutter weld using MIG technology.
- 2. Perform continuous welding using MIG technology.
- 3. Perform puddling welding.
