Withdrawal

1. General notes:

• Remove the doors, seal, bottom trim panel trim, lower door hinges, and inner fender before beginning repairs.
• Pay attention to the replacement spare part cutout in the area of the rear side panel.

2. Bottom trim panel

• 1. Cutting zone.
• 2. Place of cut.

Installation

NOTE: Apply two-component metal adhesive immediately before installing a new replacement part.

Bottom trim panel

• 1. Apply two component metal adhesive.
• 2. Using spot welding, weld the backing strip along the cut edge and make a continuous MIG weld.
• 3. Make a continuous MIG weld.
• 4. Perform a puddling weld.
