Removing the front wiper motor

Dismantling

Make sure the wiper motor is in the park position. Disconnect the ground wire from the battery.

Remove the wiper arms as described above.

Remove the air intake grille. To do this, disconnect the clamps of the protective caps (arrows) and unscrew the fixing screws.

Remove the protective cap from the wiper motor, disconnect the combination connector from the wiper motor. Unscrew the three screws and remove the linkage motor.

Mark the position of the swing arm in relation to the mounting plate.

Unscrew the swing arm mounting nut and remove the wiper motor from the mounting plate.



Remove the protective caps from the clamps.

Installation

Place the wiper motor in the park position.

Insert the wiper linkage guide pins, then install the screws.

Mount all parts in reverse order.

Check the operation of the wipers, if necessary, readjust the wiper arms on the glass.
