Removing the wiper arm

Front wipers

Mark the rest position of the wiper blades with adhesive tape on the glass. Use a small screwdriver to pry out the protective caps over the wiper arm axles and fold them out.

Loosen the fixing nut about two turns with a wrench.

Raise the wiper arm and gently push it back and forth to disengage it from the wiper shaft cone. Firmly seated levers carefully wring out from the axis of the screen wiper with two slotted screwdrivers.

Place a cloth around the mount to avoid scratching the lacquer.

Lower the wiper arm, fully unscrew the nut.

Remove the wiper arm together with the nut from the shaft.

Install the wiper arm so that it matches the markings on the glass. After installation, check the correct operation. The brushes must not cling to each other or extend beyond the glass surface.

Rear wiper

Mark the rest position of the wiper blade with adhesive tape on the glass.

Squeeze out the protective cap, loosen the fixing nut with an overhead wrench by about two turns.

Raise the wiper arm and gently push it back and forth until it disengages from the wiper shaft cone.

Install the wiper arm in the marked position.
