Setting the convergence

1. Check the tire pressure and the condition of the tire treads on all wheels.
2. Check the condition of the wheel rims.
3. Check for play in the hinge joints of the suspension and steering system components.
4. Set the steering wheel to the forward position.
5. Using a wheel alignment tool, check the characteristic front wheel alignment angles (see subsection 9.1.1)
6. If necessary, adjust the wheel alignment by rotating the steering rods. The maximum difference between the length of both steering rods (right and left) cannot exceed 5 mm.
