Attention! The discs of both front brakes must have the same thickness and surface condition, only then will both wheels brake simultaneously. Therefore, it is recommended to replace both discs at the same time.
Removal
1. Remove the brake pads (see subsection 11.2.1).
2. Hang the caliper to the body using wire to protect the brake hose from damage.
3. Unscrew the caliper holder from the wheel knuckle.
4. Unscrew the screw securing the brake disc from the wheel hub and remove the brake disc.
Installation
1. Install the brake disc and tighten the screw that secures it to the wheel hub (the spring mounting ring for securing the brake disc is indicated by the arrow).
2. Screw the caliper holder to the wheel knuckle.
3. Install the brake pads and caliper (see subsection 11.2.1).
4. Install the wheels, lower the vehicle and tighten the wheel nuts.
5. Press the brake pedal hard several times to bring the brake pads into contact with the brake disc.
