Removal
1. Remove the brake pads (see subsection 11.2.1).
2. Disconnect the flexible brake hose connection from the caliper and plug the connection holes with appropriate plugs.
3. Unscrew the bolts securing the caliper holder to the wheel steering knuckle.
4. Remove the caliper holder and the caliper itself.
Repair
1. Remove the caliper.
2. Push out the piston using compressed air supplied through the brake fluid supply hole to the caliper, after installing a safety wooden block in the caliper.

3. Remove the protective elastic cover.

4. Remove the piston gasket.
5. Wash the piston and cylinder with alcohol or brake fluid.
6. Install a new gasket and protective cover on the piston.
7. Lubricate the piston with special grease.
8. Insert the piston into the cylinder in the caliper and install the housing.
9. Install the brake caliper.
Installation
1. Screw the caliper holder to the wheel knuckle.
2. Connect the brake hose connection to the caliper.
3. Install the brake pads.
4. Remove air from the brake system.
