Four-cylinder petrol engine without drive wheel reloader control, diesel engine



Petrol engine: Remove the airbox above the intake manifold.

Press the gas pedal all the way (full throttle position) and secure it in this position. To do this, take a suitable block of wood and place it between the pedal and the seat, or involve an assistant.



Remove the fastening clips for the gas draft sheath on the counter support. Push the link shell back so that the throttle lever, and in the diesel engine the lever of the high pressure fuel pump, reaches the full throttle stop. In this position, reinstall the gas draft housing.

Release the gas pedal, then depress it again and check if the throttle has reached the full throttle position. Otherwise, a new adjustment is necessary.

Install the air box above the intake manifold before connecting the air hose.

Vehicles with adjustable drive wheel loader



The regulation of the additional loader of the driving stakes is used in all four-wheel drive vehicles, in other models this regulation is set as desired. This device eliminates uncontrolled turning (slippage) driving wheels when accelerating the car. Regulation is carried out by acting on the brake through the ABS / TCS module for each wheel separately. Additionally, in such a case, engine power is reduced through the throttle valve actuator, which returns the throttle valve, counteracting the gas pedal. There are two throttle links: the throttle link is from the accelerator pedal to the throttle motor, the other throttle link is from the throttle motor to the throttle lever.


Disconnect the ground wire (-) from the battery.

Attention! As a result, data in electronic storage devices, such as an engine fault memory or a radio code, are erased. Please read the section carefully "Removing and installing the battery", before disconnecting it.




Remove the fastening clips from the actuators before and after the throttle actuator. Pull the ends of the rod out of the housing.



Disconnect the multi-pin plug, remove the throttle actuator cover. Insert a suitable drift into the positioning hole in the throttle belt pulley. As a result, the belt pulley is blocked.

Pull the throttle link out of the slot in the throttle valve segment.

Depress the accelerator pedal once and release it again. As a result, the gas thrust is installed between the gas pedal and the throttle actuator.


Install the mounting clips on the actuator in front of the throttle valve actuator.

Install the gas draft nipple into the slot of the throttle valve segment.

Press the gas pedal all the way down again and release it. As a result, the gas draft is installed between the throttle valve actuator and the throttle valve.

Install the mounting clips on the actuator behind the throttle actuator.

Remove the locking mandrel from the belt pulley.

Install the protective cover of the throttle actuator, connect the multi-pin plug.

Connect ground wire (-) to the battery. Set the existing clock, set the anti-theft code of the radio.
