1. NOTE: Final tightening of suspension components should be performed at the calculated suspension height.
Remove the spring. For additional information, refer to Section 204-02.
3-, 4- and 5-door version
2. Disconnect the stabilizer bar from the rear lower arm.

3. Make a spacer element 20 mm wide and 113 mm long.

4. Using a suitable block of wood and an appropriate transmission jack, raise the suspension to the desired height.
- Install a wooden block and gearbox jack as shown in the figure.

NOTE: The spacer must be installed exactly as shown in the figure.
Install the spacer.
- 1. Remove the suspension travel limiter.
- 2. Install the spacer between the rear lower arm and the cross member, ensuring that the spacer is in the vertical plane.

"Station wagon"
6. Make a spacer element 20 mm wide and 157 mm long.

7. Using a suitable block of wood and an appropriate transmission jack, raise the suspension to the desired height.
- Install a wooden block and gearbox jack as shown in the figure.
