NOTE: Checking and subsequent adjustment of the front wheel alignment should be performed on a level, horizontal surface and in accordance with the instructions of the manufacturer of the wheel alignment equipment used.
1. Set the steering to the center position and lock it in this position.

2. Loosen the tie rod end locknuts.

3. Remove the outer clamps of the steering gear boots.

4. To adjust the wheel alignment, turn the steering rods an equal number of turns either clockwise or counterclockwise.

5. Tighten the tie rod end locknuts. Refer to Section 211-03 for additional information.

6. Install the outer clamps of the steering gear boots.

7. Check wheel alignment.
