Whoever lubricates well, drives well - a drop of oil, a well-dosed pinch of lubricant or a drop of added silicone sometimes do wonders: everything that is squeezed, clamped, needs to be torn off or rusty becomes easily movable. The next Faust rule should be taken into account: everywhere, for example, in joints and joints with a tight fit, where lubricant cannot penetrate, the first choice is oil or lubricating spray. The surfaces rubbing against each other, on the contrary, are better lubricated with lubricating paste or silicone grease.
Door, engine hood and tailgate hinges can sometimes get by with a drop of oil. The door mounting bracket remains in «sports» shape after a small dose of universal grease. It is advisable to treat the locking latch of the doors, the engine hood and the rear door with a sprayed lubricant or lubricating paste. In those places where cable rods are visible, for example, a little grease is applied to the locking plates of the hood and, by repeatedly moving the lever, it penetrates into the coating of the rod. Locking cylinders and guides should be provided with a silicone aerosol for the winter no later than the beginning of the cold period: silicone lubricates, displaces moisture and protects against corrosion. Therefore, a severe frost has no chance of blocking the castle. The lower bolt of the hood lock bracket bearing cover should be lubricated with oil. The engine hood hinges are lubricated with oil or moistened with a lubricant spray.
