Gear shift lever (cars after 08.2001) (Focus 1)

Disassembly

1. Remove the gear shift knob.

• Remove the spring and damper bushing.

2. Disconnect the reverse gear release mechanism from the gear shift lever.

• Remove the reverse gear release mechanism.

3. Remove the gear shift lever cover.



4. Remove the gear shift lever.

Assembly

1. Install the elements back in place in reverse order.
